We offer appointments in-person at our Chicago office and virtually via our HIPAA-compliant Telehealth platform. Psychotherapy appointments are available individually or relationally. Initial appointments are 60 minutes and all subsequent appointments are 50 minutes.

Embrace Sexual Wellness is located in the North Center/Roscoe Village neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Our office building is at 3759 N Ravenswood Avenue in unit 224, nestled between Grace and Waveland on the east side of the Metra train tracks.
Payment + Insurance
ESW is a fee-for-service, private pay practice that is out-of-network with all insurance companies. We do not accept any insurance plans though we can create statements (e.g., superbills) for you to submit toward your out-of-network benefits and complete forms required by your insurance company to facilitate reimbursement of your psychotherapy services.
